The team he assembled for electrical, plumbing, painting and tiling were terrific. Cesar the tile guy is meticulous and wonderful. the bathroom turned out great. It was all done almost too fast, I and enjoyed having Scooter drop by to check on things and my dogs loved him, so not long after, I hired him again to install shiplap and paint a secondary bedroom. My father’s house was built in 1959 and he has lived in it since 1966. The last time the house was updated was in 1976! There was dark wood paneling in every room. It was time for a change.
I had Scooter and his team remodel my home in 2020. My father liked the results and decided to hire him. The entire house was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Scooter and his team were wonderful.
Every room was touched. New flooring, lighting, insulation, drywall and paint. There were challenges along the way due to 1959 plumbing and electrical, along with termites. Each time issues were handled quickly, efficiently and economically. Great communication with the trades and with me and my father. Scooter is very knowledgeable and experienced and looks for way to solve problems and make an impact with your input. Pricing is competitive and you can’t beat the customize final result!
